Our Head Chef Mr. Manivannan Rajaram hails from Madurai a part of “Enchanting Tamilnadu” India. He holds degree in Hotel management and catering science
and Masters in tourism management. He has more than 10 years experience in the Hotel industry with his expertise specialisation in Indian and
Oriental cuisine. His culinary skills are par excellence and he has also won the Bronze medal in an all India chef competition conducted by the
Taj group of hotels at Bangalore.

He has worked in most of the reputed Hotels and also has two years teaching experience in food production department for Hotel Management students. Rajaram
applies his years of knowledge into preparing culinary delights for customers.
